The Cottage Guest House is a friendly, family run Bed and Breakfast situated in Yate just on the outskirts of Bristol and within a stones throw of Chipping Sodbury and Bath, it is ideally located for both Businesses and holiday guests alike with excellent road links to Bristol, Bath and the Southwest.

We are close to major road links of the M4, M5 and M32 with the train station a short walk or even shorter drive away.

For those looking to get away for a while we are ideally situated for day trips into Bristol, Bath, Wales, The Cotswolds and beyond.
